Distilled at one of only two distilleries on Skye, this 1986 expression offers a rare window into the island’s storied whisky heritage. This single malt whisky was distilled in April 1986 on the Isle of Skye, at a time when only one distillery, Talisker, was operational on the island. The whisky was aged for 21 years in first-fill sherry butts and bottled at 45% ABV.

Nose: Rich fig and raisin aromas complement fragrant ginger spice. orange oil comes to the fore alongside demerara sugar and soft smoke.
Palate: Creamy flavours of blackcurrant and red apple combine with cinnamon. stewed fruit gives way to walnut and a hint of lemon
