What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is an online e-commerce service that enables you to conveniently peruse our assortment of wines and spirits, make online payments, and arrange for the collection of your order upon your arrival or departure at Dubai International Airport (DXB).

For DXB orders only:

  • You can retrieve your purchases from our designated stores located in Terminals 1 & 3, be it at departures or arrivals.
  • All orders should be placed at least 24 hours before you arrive at DXB.
What happens if you are not satisfied with your purchase?

Le Clos offers a quality guarantee for any purchase you make online or in-store. Please contact the team at info@leclos.net if you have any concerns.

How can my order be collected?
  • After placing your order online, you will receive an email confirmation from the Le Clos team with details about your order and collection.
  • For departure collection, your bottles will be ready at the nearest Le Clos store to your departure gate. Our team will monitor your flight and provide guidance accordingly.
  • If you arrive at Terminals 1 or 3, your purchase can be collected from the Le Clos store located in the Baggage Claim area.
What if there is a problem during the order process?
