Le Clos Retail Service Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Le Clos website and the purchase of products from Le Clos. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms. For questions, please contact info@leclos.net.

01 – Definitions
In these Terms, “Le Clos”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Le Clos / Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI). “You” and “your” refer to the customer. “Products” means wines, spirits and related goods offered for sale. “Order” means a request to purchase Products via our website or stores.
In short: For convenience, we use these basic terms throughout the agreement.
02 – Eligibility & age
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (UAE: 21 years) to purchase alcohol from Le Clos. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any person collecting the order also meets local legal age requirements.
03 – Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are displayed as shown on the website and are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed. Payment must be completed as instructed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if Product availability, pricing errors, or regulatory restrictions apply.
04 – Click & Collect / collection
Where Click & Collect is offered, orders should typically be placed at least 24 hours before collection at Dubai International Airport (DXB). Collection points and instructions are confirmed by email after purchase. You are responsible for collecting your order within the advised timeframe and for complying with airport and customs rules.
05 – Liability & contact
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For order issues, quality concerns, or general enquiries, contact info@leclos.net.
