Description
Nose:
On the nose, it off ers an explosion of cherries in spirit and plum preserve, with a fi nish of sweet spices and cocoa.
Palate:
It impresses with the fullness of the sip which highlights great power without sacrifi cing agility . It has a highly tannic fi nish, which is not harsh on the palate but rather gently caresses it.
Tasting Notes :
When the project was created for La Collina dei Ciliegi, the challenge we set ourselves was as simple as it was ambitious: we wanted to make the best wine in the world. It is likely that many people are trying to do this, we are doing everything we can to really succeed.
