Pleasant initial nuances of morello cherry and preserve are then enveloped by spices and a delicate leathery fi nish. Full-bodied, enveloping, strong and pleasant, with a lingering and balanced fi nish.
Tasting Notes :
When the project was created for La Collina dei Ciliegi, the challenge we set ourselves was as simple as it was ambitious: we wanted to make the best wine in the world. It is likely that many people are trying to do this, we are doing everything we can to really succeed.
