Description
Nose: First perceives the tasty aromas of apricot stones and bitter oranges as well as notes of exotic fruits and a hint of deep cocoa.
Palate: In the mouth, it is first of all a silky texture reminiscent of honey and an intense floral taste which results directly from the Intensity process. Its character gradually evolves towards spicy and toasted aromas obtained by the finishing process in cognac barrels which have undergone a second heating. Finally, it leaves a long and intense final touch on the palate, enriched with the powerful aromas of vanilla and cinnamon that result from the slow maturation of the cognac in oak barrels.
