Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong product, or an item that is defective (e.g., a faulty seal or cap), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, provided the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements governing alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

Change of mind after delivery

Opened, consumed, or partially consumed products

Products without visible damage or defect

Any bottle where the seal has been broken by the customer

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We may request the damaged item (or photographic evidence) to be returned or documented before finalizing the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations are no longer accepted due to the perishable and regulated nature of the product.
